MannaForm Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information MannaForm ("MannaForm", "we") collects when you use the MannaForm mobile apps, the website at mannaform.com, the MannaForm Focus desktop app for Windows and macOS, the MannaForm Focus Chrome extension, the MannaForm Focus TV hub, and the related services. It describes how the service works today. Send privacy questions and requests to costa.vincent6@hotmail.com.

1. Information we collect

AccountYour sign-in email or the identifier from Apple or Google sign-in, your account ID, profile details, preferences, timezone, and sign-in records.
Policy choicesThe versions of this policy and the Terms of Use you accepted, and when.
Goals and activityGoals, schedules, check-ins, streaks, progress, workouts, notes, plans, and other entries you create, including how a workout or your week felt, rated from 1 to 10, with any feedback and labels you add.
Nutrition and body profileFood and water logs, meals, saved meals, recipes, fasting entries, food searches you choose results from, and onboarding details you enter such as sex, birth year, height, weight, goal weight, and weekly target.
MedicationsMedication names, amounts, schedules, and the doses you record, if you use medication tracking.
Health data you connectActivity, workout, energy, sleep, hydration, body measurements (weight, BMI, and body fat), resting heart rate, and other types you allow MannaForm to read from Apple Health. If you turn it on, MannaForm also writes your water logs to Apple Health.
Game accounts you connectThe public Riot ID or BattleTag you enter, and the match history, ratings, and counts we fetch for it.
Games and challengesBrain game scores and stats, daily challenge results, and alarm settings and results, including whether an alarm turns off with puzzles or a walk, and the walk's distance.
Photos and uploadsPhotos you choose to add, such as saved-meal photos, nutrition-label photos, images you attach to an Assistant question, and screenshots attached to a bug report.
AI featuresYour Assistant messages and attachments, AI-written Week in Review recaps, your AI preferences and consent choices, and usage records.
Focus devicesFor each computer or browser where you sign in to MannaForm Focus: the platform (Windows, macOS, or Chrome), a hashed device token, and when it was created and last used. QR sign-in briefly keeps hashed codes and a hashed network address to prevent abuse.
NotificationsYour notification choices, how many a day you allow, your quiet hours, and your timezone; a push token for each phone where you allow MannaForm notifications; and a record of which account notifications were sent and when, such as which habit or trend a note was about, never its values.
SupportThe contents of a bug report you send, including the app and operating system versions.
SubscriptionsIf you subscribe: the product, billing channel, purchase and customer identifiers, status, and renewal dates. The app store or payment processor handles your payment method; we never see your card number.
Technical dataApp version, device and operating system, request timing and status, crash and diagnostic events, and network information such as IP address in service logs. For a sample of phone app sessions, and for sessions where the app hits an error, a session replay: a recording of how the app's screens changed and where you tapped, with all text, images, and icons hidden.
Product usageWhich days you use MannaForm and on which kind of device (iPhone, Android, web, computer, browser, TV, watch, or a connected AI app), and when you reach product milestones such as each setup step and finishing setup, connecting a health source such as Apple Health or a Garmin watch, creating your first goal and meeting a goal, opening the Premium plans screen, starting a free trial, or a day Focus blocks apps. These records never include your entries, values, food names, or anything you type.

2. Information that stays on your device

MannaForm Focus on a computer. The desktop app watches which app is in front so it can hide apps you chose to block, and it lists the apps installed on your computer so you can pick which ones to allow. On Windows it reads the foreground window and the names of running processes; on macOS it reads which app is active. It never reads another app's content, memory, or keystrokes, and it does not capture your screen. Your block lists and settings are stored on your computer, and the app names and lists are not sent to us. Your sign-in is kept in your operating system's secure credential store.

MannaForm Focus in Chrome. The extension reads the address of your open web pages so it can redirect sites you chose to block. It does not read page content or your browsing history, and it does not send the addresses of pages you visit to us. Its sign-in and a working copy of its settings are stored in Chrome's local extension storage. So that your other browsers follow the same choices, the Focus on/off switch, the websites you choose to allow (the site name and the reason you picked) and the "Allow system apps" choice are also saved to your MannaForm account.

Focus on your phone. On iPhone, blocking uses Apple's Screen Time controls, and Apple does not share which apps you use with us. On Android, blocking uses an accessibility service that reads which app is in front, on your device only. Both are optional and need your permission.

The desktop app and the extension send us only what they need to work: your device sign-in, the platform, and your timezone, to check which of your goals are done today, and, for the extension, the Focus settings described above. They and the TV hub also send crash and error reports to Sentry with the type of error, where in MannaForm's code it happened, the app version, and the operating system or browser version. These reports leave out your entries, the apps and sites you use or block, and page addresses.

Reminders and alarms. Reminders, medication reminders, and wake alarms are scheduled on your device. If you choose a walking alarm, MannaForm reads your phone's step counter while the walk screen is open, to count your steps. Step counts stay on your phone and are discarded when the walk ends; we receive only that you finished it.

Push notifications. If you allow notifications, we also send some from our servers: friend requests and group activity, a new sign-in to your account, Live Activity updates, and the account notifications you turn on in Settings › Notifications (a roundup of friends' milestones, a note when your trends change, and a note when MannaForm notices a new habit). To send them we keep a push token for your phone and deliver each notification through Apple Push Notification service on iPhone or Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android. A notification can show a friend's display name, a group's name, or a milestone's title on your lock screen; trend and habit notes don't name the measurement or habit. Signing out of the app removes that phone's token.

3. How we use information

We use information to sign you in; save and sync what you create; calculate progress and streaks; run Focus on your devices; import data you connect; answer AI requests you make; provide subscriptions; understand which features help people keep using MannaForm so we can improve it; respond to bug reports and support requests; keep the service secure and prevent abuse; diagnose problems; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

4. AI features

The Assistant ("Ask MannaForm") and the AI-written Week in Review are optional. They need you to turn them on, including a separate choice to share data with our AI provider. When you use them, we send OpenAI your message, any image you attach, and the account context needed to answer, such as relevant food, activity, or weekly summary data. A Week in Review recap may also use your earlier weeks and history, such as metric trends, notes and ratings of how your weeks and workouts felt, recent workouts, and milestones. An image you attach to an Assistant question is sent for that answer and is not saved in your conversations. An AI suggestion never changes your saved data until you review and apply it.

Note labels. With Premium, when you write a note or feedback on how a workout or your week felt, we send its text to OpenAI to suggest labels by matching its meaning. If you have also turned on AI features and agreed to share data, an OpenAI model picks the best of those labels. This happens only to suggest labels; nothing is saved until you save the note, and OpenAI does not use the text to train its models. Without Premium, no text is sent and you choose labels yourself.

If you connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT to your MannaForm account, that app can read the account data you approve, such as goals, nutrition, food entries, metrics, notes and ratings of how a workout or your week felt, saved meals, and recipes, until you disconnect it. That app's own privacy policy covers what it does with the data.

5. Health and sensitive information

Some of what you track, such as body measurements, nutrition, activity, medications, and notes or ratings of how you felt, can be sensitive. We use it only to provide the features you use. Connecting Apple Health is optional, and its permissions control which types MannaForm can read or write. Turning off a permission stops future access but does not delete data already imported into your MannaForm account. Medication tracking is a record you keep. It is not medical advice, and it cannot tell whether a dose was actually taken.

6. Who receives information

SupabaseSign-in and the database that stores your account and records.
CloudflareHosting for the website and service, service logs, photo storage, and desktop app downloads. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser before you sign in on the website or send the help page's bug form, to keep out automated abuse.
OpenAIAI features, only after you turn them on and agree to share data; and, with Premium, the text of a note or feedback you write, to suggest labels for it.
Apple and GoogleSign in with Apple or Google, Apple Health, app store distribution, app store billing, and delivering push notifications (Apple Push Notification service and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging), which receive your phone's push token and the notification's text.
MicrosoftDistribution and updates of the Windows desktop app through the Microsoft Store.
LGDistribution and updates of the MannaForm Focus TV app through the LG Content Store.
RevenueCatSubscription management, if you subscribe. It receives your MannaForm account ID and purchase details.
SentryCrash and error reports from the mobile apps, the website, the Focus desktop app, Chrome extension, and TV hub, set up to leave out your entries, request contents, and screenshots; and session replays from the phone apps, with all text, images, and icons hidden. Reports and replays from the phone apps and the website include your account ID, so we can find the reports from your account when you ask for help, but not your name or email address.
GrafanaService performance metrics without account identifiers.
GitHubBug reports you send become entries in our private issue tracker, with your account ID and app and device versions.
Riot Games and OverFastYour public Riot ID or BattleTag, to fetch your game stats when you connect them.
Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData CentralFood search text and scanned barcodes, without your identity, to find nutrition information.
Websites you import recipes fromA request for the recipe address you enter.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the safety and rights of people, the service, or others.

Screenshots attached to a bug report are stored at an unlisted web address included in the report. Anyone who has that address can view the screenshot, so don't attach screenshots that show anything you want to keep private.

Saved-meal photos are private to you unless you share that meal. Anyone who opens a share link can see what it shares, and someone who adds a shared meal keeps their own copy.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Recipe imports in progress expire within a day, food search results are cached for up to 30 days, and a Focus device sign-in expires after 90 days without use. Product usage records are kept while your account exists and are deleted with it. We keep them ourselves and don't send them to an analytics company. A written Week in Review recap is kept for a year after its week, and is deleted sooner if you turn off AI features or AI data sharing.

You can delete your account in the app. That deletes your MannaForm profile and the records linked to it, and signs out your Focus devices. It does not yet remove your sign-in record with our authentication provider, stored photos and bug-report screenshots, bug reports in our issue tracker, subscription records kept by the app store or RevenueCat, service logs, or backups. Email costa.vincent6@hotmail.com from your account email and we will delete what we can. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it through the store.

8. Your choices

You can edit or delete most entries in the app; choose which notifications you get, how many a day, and your quiet hours in Settings › Notifications, or turn them off in your phone's settings; turn AI features and data sharing on or off; disconnect Apple Health, game accounts, and connected AI apps; allow or turn off Motion & Fitness on iPhone, or Physical activity on Android, which only walking alarms use; sign out of Focus devices; turn launch at login on or off in your computer's settings; manage a subscription through the store where you bought it; and delete your account. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, or to use other privacy rights that apply where you live, email costa.vincent6@hotmail.com. We may need to confirm the request comes from you.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, private storage, hashed device tokens, and other safeguards. No service can guarantee perfect security. If you think someone used your account without permission, email costa.vincent6@hotmail.com.

10. Children

MannaForm is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information, email costa.vincent6@hotmail.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date, and we will tell you in the app before a material change applies to you.
