MannaForm puts your goals for fitness, food, faith, mind, and medications into one daily plan. Each goal can count automatically from Apple Health or Garmin, or by a check-in you make, and your streaks and progress show what you actually did.

When you connect Apple Health or a Garmin account, steps, workouts, and other activity you allow MannaForm to read fill in the goals that use them. You choose how each goal counts when you set it up, and you can still check in by hand.

Focus keeps the apps and sites you choose blocked until today’s goals are done, on your phone and with the Focus apps for Mac, Windows, Chrome, and TV. In On track mode, they stay open while your Focus goals are on pace and lock, after a 10-minute warning, when one falls behind. Blocking on a computer or in Chrome happens on that device, and MannaForm doesn’t receive the list of apps or sites you use.

No, not without you. Ask MannaForm and connected AI apps can draft a goal, food log, or plan, but nothing is saved until you review it and apply it. AI features are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off anytime in Settings.

Yes. Go to Settings › Connections in the app to connect Claude or ChatGPT. The connected app can read the account data you approve, and you can disconnect it from the same screen.

Cancel it where you bought it: your Apple ID subscriptions for the App Store, or the Google Play subscription center for Android. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Delete your account in the app under Settings › Account. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of what account deletion doesn’t cover, email costa.vincent6@hotmail.com from your account email. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and why.
